I would first suggest to make sure you are drinking plenty of water, half your weight in ounces every day.
Do a liver cleanse.
Consider colonics.
Or salt water flush.
Get your thyroid checked to see if you have a hypothyroid condition or other disorder.
Foot detox patches, clay bath, Epsom Salt baths are great to help detox your body.
Can't think of others right now.
