Hi - I got tested over and over as negative for lyme and found that the mainstream test is really ineffective and often gives false negatives. There are new, more effective tests. I got one and was positive for lyme, which explained everything. Here is a site with a good article on lyme and also some resources for more current, more sensitive tests:
