R-Alpha Lipoic Acid is the most bio-active form of ALA, available on the net, and will chelate out heavy metals...and some iron, so take B-12 drops under the tongue to help uptake iron from foods. Cilantro will allegedly squeeze mercury out of nerve tissue. Look into taking EDTA orally or by IV chelation. God bless!
