You say: "I get really irritable, depressed and all my allergies get heightened" - true, but I think that's part of the detox journey. I felt the same way and then some, when I was on the Paracleanse program - I could hardly believe what I heard myself saying and what I found myself feeling... It does go away, trust me. You just have to be patient with yourself and understand all these unpleasant and sometimes painful symptoms and feelings are part of the bigger picture. You must trust yourself, trust you are doing the right thing for your body, read all information available and filter it through your own wisdom, make your decisions, then go for it!
