I think Mr.Stones sounds like the perfect name for my liver. Last night as I lay down on my right side like usual to go to bed (a non-flush night), I felt movement in my liver/gall area and suddenly went frigid!

I started shivering like mad so I got up for awhile and after a few minutes it went away.

So I lay back down on my right side. Soon after I started to get the creepy crawly feeling of anxiety rising up from this area. This is what is felt like when I did my last flush when I passed a ton of stones. I did NOT want to pass stones tonight so I lay on my other side and promised myself that if my body is trying so hard to pass some stones on a non-flush night, than I will do a flush the next night (tonight.)

The last flush I did was just one week ago. I've been taking Dr. Schultze LGB formula and detox tea all week. This stuff really makes me feel like I am in detox hell.

I get really irritable, depressed and all my allergies get heightened. It makes me feel like slitting my wrists all the time, I can't imagine how people stay on this stuff!

Anyway, I know we are only "supposed" to flush one time a week, but I figure I mine as well find out of once a week may be what my particular liver wants, right?
