I am on day 7 of the Master Cleanse, and the timing of when I finish it will be right in the middle of my work week when it would be, shall we say, not a good idea to do a flush.

So I am off to the store to get my bag 'o grapefruits momentarily! I didn't even know that today was a new moon! How appropriate!
