Hi Dragonfly,

Good probiotic products are ones that have several different strains of culture in them, not just acidopholus. People have had success with doing them in an enema. Well, actually, enemas don't get very far up though, better to do a colema (with an enema bag). I am not sure how effective they would be mixed in with coffee though.
