Congratulations on your successful LF, KK! That burning is from toxins coming out. The drugstore has some baby wipes that will help you, some folks use a salve (not petroleum product tho). After you have had a few flushes, the burning goes away, or it did for me (4 flushes so far).

I can highly recommend Dr Schulze's Superfood as a daily nutritional drink. I've used it for 3 months now, and would not be without it. Southern Belle on the Dr. Schulze Forum recommends it. Also drink LOTS of water: half your body weight in ounces of pure water every day (if you weigh 150 lbs., drink at least 75 oz. daily).

It will take a while to regain your health, but every move you make in cleansing yourself will pay you back in spades. The toxins took a while to build up in you; they won't go away in a weekend. Keep it up. Flush every 2-3 weekends until you are clear.
