sudanym--thanks for reading my response! yes, you got the order correct. i was kind of going on off two recipes at the same time. one didn't call for Epsom Salts but since everyone here uses the salts, i decided to try them. my skin actually looks much healthier already. can't wait to do my second flush in two weeks.
