Since my first flush last weekend (pretty happy with about 40 stones in total) I have had constipation (sorted out today by drinking a lot of water) bad skin and now I seem to have a cold sore. I can count on one hand the times I have had constipation and cold sores in my life. i don't know why this is happening. I seem to be reacting as if I am really run down but I have been eating and sleeping really well since last weekend. I have also been taking a probiotic but have stopped having yoghurt (acidop and bifidus) which I was having almost daily as I am cutting down on dairy.
Help appreciated!
