Hi flowerchild59. Thanks to respond. I am on my way.

Another thing that is a little concern is that I am breastfeeding(16 months).

I know people get freaked out when they here vegan. My own family does as does everyone else. My interest is in getting healthy though. I have done much in improving my diet. As a result I don't suffer mystery ailments or feeling poor much of the time, headaches and allergy symptoms are way reduced, however I am more able to see now that there is an underlying something wrong.

For my blood Sugar it's mostly the what I ate kind, as opposed to not eating kind. And it's quite clear what happens. I eat something that is junk flour made and maybe Sugar laden or overly starch like processed potato products and some cereals and that's it, I will have an attack. Add a banana and definately that's it. Also noting I tend to eat more than one serving of everything save for my picking through the day.

Outside of veganism I think of diet as ones formula. Like a babies formula.

If you had to take your whole days food and water and blend it all together and give it to you in regular feedings, what would you pick?

It's an analogy that helps me see the whole picture of what I am eating, as well as feeding my kids. When I look at it like that it's clear right off if the diet is loppsided one way or another.
