thanks anja. yes, i plan on doing another one in two weeks. my main concern is my skin. i need it to clear up. i had two big period pimple on my face and already after the flush they have gone down in size.

i hope with continued flushing my face clears more and more.

good luck with your fourth flush! i hope you get more out.
