I went to the local organic juice bar and purchased a gallon of organic apple juice. I started my day of apple juice every two hours from 8 am to 8 pm. I drank my first 16 oz although the juice tasted like apple wine. My stomach is very upset. It sounds like an ocean, the swaying back and forth. I had to go back and get a fresh batch of apple juice.

I have just completed my 10 days of the Master-Cleanse and am starting my liver flush. Does anyone know what affect this will have on my liver cleanse which I wanted to start tonight?
