I definately have experienced great results from my first flush last week. I am sleeping straight through the night- before I used to have to get up to pee, and I also am dreaming more (anyone know why that could be?). So, it's hard to tell whether the tinctures have contributed to those benefits. I do believe that the coptis is working because I have been having very regular bm's 1st thing every morning.

I guess that the real test will be whether or not my cycles regulates. I have had irregular, heavy, and painful periods for as long as I can remember. I was put on the pill in college for a little over a year. I didn't like being on it (thank goodness), and when I went off my cycles were more irregular than before. I have been charting for about 5 months (I'm not trying to get pregnant, just using it as a means to monitor myself). After 2 months I realized that I was starting my period 4 days after ovulating, which signifies estrogen dominance. I started taking vitex and went through about 6 weeks where I would have dark brown spotting for a few days every 2 weeks. It has now been 5 weeks and I am just waiting to get my period. I hope that things start to balance out soon. I've read that the vitex takes a few months to work, and hopefully the Liver Cleansing will speed up the process.

So, my point is that I will hopefully see some signs of improvement during my next cycle. I will keep posting my progress.
