I went through one bottle of Chinese bitters. I'm not sure how much benefit I got from it though. I think it's a slow process using the bitters and I really hated the taste. I think Liver Flushing is probably a more intense form of cleansing so I am sticking with it for the time being. I hope you'll post and let us know how the bitters do for you.
