As I understand it, hypoglycemia is a sign that your liver is not functioning optimally. Even though you've eaten organic for the past three years, what about all the stuff you ate before? That can get stored in your tissues. Plus, there's so much junk in our environment that we don't have a choice about like air pollution. I don't think there is anyone who is truly clean these days, no matter how good their diet is.
