Hi Hopinso,
I keep reading people get sick drinking the Epsom Salts and/or olive oil. I don't understand that because I mixed my Epsom Salts with bottled organic grapefruit juice, added the vit. c powder, mixed it well and had it cold. Not the best drink but not sick making. The oil mixed really well with the fresh squeezed grapefruit and was actually good. I did get quite hungry about 4 pm and made a glass of granny smith apple juice and drank it. Flush worked in spite of my apple juice.
