Cleaning up your diet and life style is essential also. I do not know of any other way to flush the liver other than drinking the olive oil. How do you know you would gag if you drink it ? Have you tried it ? The olive oil mixed with fresh squeezed pink grape fruit juice doe not taste bad at all. Some people even like it.

If you had the choice of having gall bladder surgery or drinking the olive oil concontion, would you not choose to drink the oil?
