The emptier the stomach is when you drink the oil, the less likely you are to get sick. I stop all liquids after the second Epsom Salt drink with the exception of a quick sip to swallow some Melatonin 20-30 minutes before taking the oil/juice. Then no more water the rest of the night, although I do rinse and spit after taking the oil. The oil makes me very sick, but I have learned how to control it by not taking fluids with the flush. Hulda Clark says nothing to drink after 2 PM, but I have to have some.
