psyllium husk, and bentonite(montmorillonite). you can find both at a health food store, or health section of supermarket. you mix them in water and drink them. Bentonite tastes bad, and comes in a liquid. you will need to take this awhile to clean your colon. also, don't take Bentonite with medicine, as it absorbs.
