I did my first flush over the weekend too! For the first two days, I was feeling really tired. I think I was dehydrated from all the salt. Today, I feel better than I have in years. I can't believe the level of energy. I can't wait to do another flush as well. I only wish I would have found this board years ago. Thanks to all who post here!
