No, I have done things a bit out of order. I did a Liver Flush last weekend and am now taking the tinctures. In a few weeks I will do another flush. I am going to order Clarkia and start that program soon. I also plan to do a 10 day Master-Cleanse withP&B shakes in late January. That's the plan for now.
