Hi Keason. I do it both days. On the first morning after the OO, finish taking your ES drinks, then have SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) an hour after the last ES. Wait another hour before eating. On the second day, take SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) first thing in the morning and wait an hour before eating. Works for me! best, Barb
