Hi everyone,

I want to thank you all on the forum for your contributions - you’ve been a great help to me. I did my first cleanse last weekend and it was successful about 100+ green ‘stones’. They were about pea size and smaller, some were long in shape and others were made up of bunches of smaller ones. Someone on the forum used a colander/strainer to see the results more clearly and I would recommend this because I’m not sure I would have recognized the stones otherwise being a ‘newbie’ to all this.

I can’t take any significant amount of fat/oil in my diet without feeling really tired and so I was a bit nervous doing the cleanse. The idea of drinking all that olive oil ….The good news is it worked and I wasn’t too tired though it did take me a couple of days to recover. But I felt I did okay. My facial skin has a pink glow and I look healthier. I’m already looking forward to my next cleanse in two weeks time!

Thanks again for your contributions it really helps to find out how other people are doing.
