Squash? really? Thank you, I will try it out.

My applied kinesiologist says I am allergic to ALL grains, not just gluten ones. The reaction isn't very bad, except for when my liver is under a high state of stress (whether my load is high, or whether I am detoxing it), then my reaction to grains becomes more prominent (I just get really tired.)

I am eating small amounts of grain when needed, just mixing it up. I will also try the squash! Thanks!

Oh, what kind of squash, by the way?
