Hi Elly,
Sounds like you have the right Epsom Salts . My box is from the grocery store. On the side are instructions for bath and taking as a laxative. Epsom Salts is actually Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate. Not realy salt at all, just in the form of granules like salt.
Sea Salt is a whole other thing. Hope I answered your questions. Omie
