The gall bladder is programmed to empty all the bile to help digest the fat in the diet, the more fat that is coming through, the more bile is needed. When a stone gets stuck in the gall bladder duct it is because of stone overload. Most of us don't have that problem, or if we do we take more Epsom Salt and flush again as soon as possible. That happens very rarely.
