Many of you have posted that you felt better after a flush. I completed my first flush on Saturday night and I'm so tired today. Is this normal? I'm trying to drink a lot of water because I imagine I got dehydrated since I threw up several hours after I drank the OO/grapefruit. I'm hoping I feel better tomorrow.

By the way, the flush was extremely successful. Many, many stones were passed. I want to do another one in a few weeks but I'm concerned that I have so little energy.
