Do you take pro-biotics? If not...start right away.....
Are you sensitive to sugar.... do you think you might have candida? Do you have almalgam fillings, or any other consistant chemical exposure?(like cleaning product... your work environment etc....)

Have you done a bowel cleanse? That would be a good place to start along with lots of pro biotics& cultured veggies. Do you exercise or sweat in a sauna? that would be another big help for your body.....

Let me know some of these answers..and then we can look at the bigger picture of your health....
