Hi there,
I did it with Avocado oil this time, and it worked just as well. I got about 100 stones out, and half of them were probably peasized or bigger. this was my 4th flush, and I feel so much better than I have with any of the previous ones. I felt bad during the flush, but I am used to that. The flavor of the Avocado oil was so much better to me than the olive oil; it actually didn't taste like anything much. I like Olive oil and want to continue to like it; avocado oil is lighter and has less flavor. The fat percentage was the same, so I figured it would indeed make no difference.

Thanks for sharing about the almond oil flush. How was the taste?

I will wait a month and do #5. I am excited how it changes how I feel. Today was the first time in over 2 years that I felt somewhat normal when I woke up. No nausea! Yippee!
