Hi Melanie,

Epsom Salts are different from Sea Salt - the term "salt" is a bit of a misnomer as epsom is actually magnesium sulfate.

The GOOD news is that it is much easier to find than Sea Salt . Well, depending on where you are, I suppose. Just go to pretty much ANY drug store and they will have it either in the first aid section or the laxative section.
