Hi all,

Just wondering, if you have found any major longterm changes in your health let us all know. I'm thinking things like major allergy reversals, eyesight changes, weight changes, cholesterol changes, or anything else noteworthy. It would really be nice for us newer to the cleanse thing to read your stories!

p.s. my hubby wants to do his first cleanse soon. He has 20 odd mild to severe allergies, many that bring on asthma attacks. He hopes to find a BIG difference. It would be nice to tell him someone else's good experiences with allergy reversal.
