nanekitoo, I am going to try eating normal but no-fat meals as an experiment next time before my cleanse. Hopefully I also will feel better with some food in my system, while still having a succesful cleanse. I think it will work fine. Also, I am going to keep using E/S as that does serve a good purpose. Just wish that the E/S wouldnt irratate my entire abdominal section so much and make such irratting gurgling sounds. Thanks.
