Gulp! 'Fraid so Tracey! I sheepishly admit to eating...gasp....fats. Day of.

Also have been known to chow down on some serious food the following day.

Which probably explains my need to do the MC, of which I am on day ONE. With 9,000 food commercials on tonight. And they say day 3 is the hardes! Yeeeeks!
