vtool, I am interested in knowing more about this method of cleansing. I am assuming that you have this book, does it mention any other ingrediants to use? Does it mention the necessity to fast before this? I would love to get 500-600 stones out without drinking Epsom Salts and fasting. Please tell me if theres any additional info other than what you posted regarding this cleanse. Thanks!!!
