Thanks alisaun. Yea as awful as the Epsom Salt drink is, whats worst for me is the sickly feeling afterwards for a couple days that I had earlier thought was because of the stones coming out, but now narrowed it to just the salts. As far as fasting, I think my next time I am going to eat fruit and veggies and skip the E/S drink and go right to the olive/oil and juice mixture and see what happens. Thanks for your input alisaun. Any other experiances of others welcomed.
