You may need to cut the amount of olive oil; how much did you take? If you are very small, you can take a little less. I found that letting a tiny piece of peppermint puff candy melt in my mouth can help with nausea.
Its strange, I always flush with 3/4 cup olive oil, sometimes I get very nauseous, sometimes not.
I hope next time will be better.
