I drank it with water twice, my first 2 flushes, and I didn't get any stones at all, although I really don't think the water had anything to do with it. I used apple juice my next 2 times, and got out over 1000 stones the 3rd flush, and a few hundred the 4th flush. So guess which way I'm taking my epsoms ;)
