Thanks for the responses, Spirit and Giz. I was concerned that maybe I'm now developing kidney stones (as Andreas Moritz discusses in his book). But the pain is higher up than the kidneys. I have done two flushes, one week after the other. I think I'd better wait to do more (It does tire me out). It kind of feels like my gb is heavy (I guess filling up with new stones).
