Just do it. You will get results even without doing those things. On my first flush that's the way I did it and I got good results. I was having gallbladder pain so I had to flush no matter what. i think you will hear this advice from others as well. If you want malic acid, drink some apple juice. That's where it comes from in the first place. It will help.
