I've been preparing my system for the cleanse and with the advice of my naturopath have been slowly increasing my olive oil intake on a week to week basis before I do the "big one". I'm also strengthing my gall bladder (because I was told via my ultrasounds that my gall bladder's walls have thickened due to infection) with herbal medication from my chinese doctor of acupunture and traditional medicines. I'm curious to know if the cleanse only works with lemon and/or grapefruit juice. I have been cutting the olive oil with cranberry juice (natural, I make it myself) and find it very effective. Your thoughts? PS. My ultrasounds indicate that my Gallstones are 6mm in size. Thanks.
