It has now been a few days since my first flush. I have noticed a few (very welcome) changes. 1st, I haven't been waking up in the middle of the night to pee. 2nd, I am finally dreaming again! Lots of long, good ones. I am thrilled. Also, my skin lots and feels good. One exception- I have a blemish righ above my eyebrow (which is the liver meridian, so makes sense). I was hoping that the nighttime bathroom trip would cease, but had no idea that my dreams would improve. Can't wait to see what happens after the next flush!
