Tea is great for you, use it to replace that evil diet soda. Experiment with differnt kinds, both hot and cold. Any cheese is sketchy. A good rule of thumb with preventing Gallstones is don't eat fat that's solid at room temperature. That means bacon, cheese, butter, poultry skin, etc. Make sure you get lots of the good fats, olive oil, flax oil, coconut oil, nuts and nut butters are all good. Do not be afraid of fat. Eating a low fat diet can actually cause Gallstones because you aren't keeping the bile moving by eating fat.
Clean meats like chicken and turkey breasts are good. What I mean by clean is non-processed. No hot dogs, luncheon meats, deviled ham. Fish is great for you, canned tuna is OK. Even beef is OK if you don't eat too much of it and it's a high quality cut. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits. Juice is fine. Have salads with olive oil on them. Pickles and vinegar are suprisingly OK. Fermented foods are good for you. Especially saurkraut.
Is that more helpful? I'm working on my Clinical Nutritionist certification right now, so I'm not coming out of left field. So far, I'm finding the above to be good advice.
