Just my opinion after much research into the subject, Diet Soda is the WORST thing you can put in your body. It is not food. It is chemicals only. Someday they will be calling it Cancer in a Can and taxing it like tobacco. My $0.02. Stay away from the stuff, it's eeeevil.
