Grapefruit seed extract made my stomach burn.For the first time in my life I saw undigested food in my stool (due to GSE).
I stopped taking it and a few days later I was better.However,I avoid all citrus fruit now.

My husband's been taking it for months without any problems.BTW it's cured his mild but chronic constipation.

Listen to your body and avoid taking too many things at the same time.
