Hi Alan,

Ideally a colonic would be the greatest thing to do right after a flush. I am economically challenged at the moment so I am relying on doing a colema with wheatgrass (this has gotten out stones and even some mucoid plaque!)

Other than that, I would use Dr. Sculze's Intestinal Formula #1 and #2. Others also do the saltwater flush but I cannot stomach the taste for all the tea in China!
