Thanks for the advice you two. I will have to get some peppermint candies. Just the smell of the grapefruit and oil turns my stomach. I rinsed out the container this morning and had to hold my breath. And OH YES I know about the burps!! I'm feeling better in that area now but I can tell I need water. My head is a bit tight feeling. I got about 25 more stones and 1 large tan stone out. So this is good. I am happy with my results. I just got a glance of the guacamole I made up the other day when I opened the fridge.......I really would like some of that! But I'm not, I need to stick with the MC. I don't feel weak at all, just a little tightness in my head and neck. I think water, skin brushing and my hot/cold shower will help that. Congrats on being on day 6! That's great!
