From what I understand, the green is just bile from your gallbladder so it's good that it came out. Congratulations on a great flush! I usually don't eat the best on the day after my flush... you're deprived the day of the flush and so I guess I just want to sort of splurge afterward as sort of a reward or something! Low fat ice cream is one of my favorites!! I know, I know... I must eat better.... Hey I'm on the right track trust me! You should have seen me a year ago!!
