Epsom Salts is actually alkalining since it is a salt. Also, the instructions on the carton call to take up to 2 tbsp. in a day as a laxative so the flush is in line with that too.

By the way, do you mix the Epsom Salts with water or grapefruit juice. Water is intolable to me but the grapefruit juice is actually not bad.

Good for you to do the flush. I just finished one last night after a 20 day master cleanse and 2 days of juice. Had fantastic results!
