well i have some advice.

make sure that b4 your next flush, you get your colon ready and even a week after give your colon some help, why because if its not functioning properly which is 2 or 3 bowl a day, then you will feel miserable after your flushes. why because the toxins which are now being removed from your blood are being thrown back into you as there is a traffic jam in the colon.

since i have been helping my colon, i feel like a billion dollors after my flushes, and also dont rush your flushes eh, give it 3 weeks or even a month or so. let the liver recouperate after each flush.

what imma do now to help my well being is i am going to start doing colon hydrotherapy to clear junk out of my system, this is the trillion dollar deal!!!!
